As a law enforcement officer of over 15 years, Dustin has been fortunate to serve and supervise in various positions both locally and through his involvement with organizations focusing on first responder care. He has a special interest in combining technological advances and proactive training to increase safety by recognizing threats prior to an incident occurring.
Dustin’s education in computer information technology assists with the systems and processes of Valor Counseling Center. In addition, applying training, leadership, and the responder culture mindset.
Finally, Dustin trains and consults individuals and businesses regarding safety instruction through Wright Training and Consulting. He is also a coach to men wanting to make sense of their careers and grow in understanding their identity.
